The favored TV actor informed his Instagram family that his social media handles have been compromised, and any requests or DMs they receive should not from him but from hackers.

This isn’t an isolated incident; such account hacks have gotten increasingly common, causing concern amongst netizens. On Saturday, Fahmaan issued an announcement urging fans not to have interaction with any content coming from his hacked accounts and to report any unusual activity immediately. In his message, Khan shared, “I would like to tell you all that my Facebook and Instagram accounts have been hacked. When you receive any strange messages, links, or requests from every other account or mine, please don’t click on them or respond – in a world where AI is taking on reality, this feels very scary and unsafe.”
He further added, “I even have reported the problem to Facebook/Instagram and the cybercrime department, and so they are working to resolve it.” Sharing his update, Fahmaan captioned, “I’ll be back as soon as I can. Until then, please refrain from engaging with anything that’s not authentic and real.”
