Vladimir Putin appears uncomfortable in his latest media appearance.

The Russian president couldn’t stop moving while chatting with the world’s press.

Footage shows him appearing unsteady while discussing the opportunity of Ukraine receiving Tomahawk missiles from the US.

He said the considered Kyiv receiving the missiles, which have the aptitude to succeed in Moscow, was ‘very serious, if not overwhelming’.

The Russian dictator said: ‘In fact, that is an unfriendly act towards Russia, that is an obvious thing, and it doesn’t strengthen Russian-American relations, which have just begun to recuperate.

‘In fact, with such actions the US administration damages Russian-American relations.

‘This, after all, is an try and put pressure on Russia. But no self-respecting country and no self-respecting people ever determine anything under pressure.

‘And, after all, Russia has such a privilege to feel and consider itself on this list of self-respecting countries and peoples.’

US President Donald Trump and Putin were meant to sit down down for crunch talks in Hungary after a three-hour phone call, but these plans have now been placed on hold.

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said there was no real urgency for Trump and Putin to satisfy over Ukraine, adding: ‘Preparation is required, serious preparation.’

Volodymyr Zelensky and Trump also met on the White House last week to debate the Tomahawks deal, but were unable to succeed in an agreement.

The Ukrainian president has repeatedly been asking the US for Tomahawk missiles, which have the aptitude to hit Moscow if needed, with Pentagon officials confirming they were considering supplying them.

When asked earlier this week if Trump was considering giving Ukraine the Tomahawks, he said: ‘We’ll see… I’ll.’
