The tune ‘Hitler has only got one ball’ could well be true, latest research has discovered.

The song mocking the Nazi dictator was coined throughout the Second World War to lift the spirits of the Allied soldiers with lyrics covering Goring’s ‘two but very small’ balls, while ‘Goebbels has no balls in any respect.’

Nonetheless, an upcoming Channel 4 documentary, ‘Hitler’s DNA: Blueprint Of A Dictator’ has found that it might need been greater than just war propaganda.

By analysing a chunk of Hitler’s DNA, researchers found that Hitler had Kallmann Syndrome.

The inherited genetic disorder may prevent puberty and sexual development, and cause a small penis and testicles, low testosterone, infertility and low sex drive.

Hitler never had children, and speculation persists about his sexuality.

Dr Alex Kay, a historian at Potsdam University in Germany, told the documentary: ‘Nobody has ever really been capable of explain why Hitler was so uncomfortable around women throughout his life, or why he probably never entered into intimate relations with women.

‘But now we all know that he had Kallmann Syndrome, this may very well be the reply we’ve been searching for.

‘Hitler clearly goes very much against this in not having any form of family, in not having children, in not being married.’

He said Hitler’s image as a strongman only serving his country suggests it was convenient for him on account of Kallmann syndrome.

Hitler and his wife Eva Braun had a 14-year relationship before getting married 40 hours before committing suicide together on April 30, 1945.

Most of Hitler’s medical records and private life have remained a mystery, adding to the rumours that the antisemitic dictator, whose regime killed six million Jewish people, can have had Jewish ancestry.

His secrets can have never been uncovered if an American soldier had not cut a chunk off a bloodied sofa where Hitler killed himself and preserved the morbid souvenir.

DNA evaluation debunked Hitler’s Jewish ancestry and rumours that he was an illegitimate child after the sample was compared with a male-line relative.

The persistent misconception that Hitler was Jewish emerged already in Nineteen Twenties and Thirties, and it is assumed to have been began by his political opponents in Germany to discredit him on account of his openly antisemitic politics.

Dan Chambersa creative director at Blink Movies, said: ‘For 80 years, there was a number of speculation about Hitler’s medical and psychiatric conditions. Now, by looking into his DNA for the primary time in history, we’re capable of reveal an entire series of things – some that we might need expected, others which are really surprising.’
