Inducted into the promotional Hall of Fame two years ago, former lightweight star Donald Cerrone has been touted by White as the perfect fighter to miss out on winning a title within the Octagon.
Boasting a 36-17(2) skilled record, Cerrone spent the rest of his profession plying his trade on the welterweight limit.
Having fun with a powerful eight-fight winning spree en path to a rematch, Cerrone fought Rafael dos Anjos for the lightweight crown in a blistering opening round knockout loss to the Brazilian at the tip of 2015.
Speaking with Bleacher Report, White revealed Cerrone as his pick of the bunch to never win a crown within the UFC.
