Crystal Palace defender Daniel Munoz has named Manchester United as one among the ‘dream’ clubs he desires to play for.
Munoz joined Palace in a £6.8 million deal from Belgian side Genk in January last yr and the 29-year-old has quickly established himself as the most effective right-backs within the Premier League.
The Colombia international was rewarded for his excellent form in April with a brand new contract which keeps him tied to Palace until 2028.
Munoz was also named Player of the Match when Palace beat Manchester City within the FA Cup final at Wembley in May.
Ahead of Colombia’s friendly against Latest Zealand in Florida on Saturday night, Munoz was asked about being linked with a move away from Palace when he named United as one among his favoured destination.

‘Every little thing I hear on the market, all of the discuss one club or one other, in the event you ask me, for me it will be a dream to play for one among these clubs,’ Munoz said.
‘Whether it’s Barcelona, PSG, Real Madrid, or Manchester United, I work towards that, I strive on daily basis, so that perhaps in the future I can be a magnet for one among these clubs since it’s a dream for me.
‘But the reality is that I’m focused on my club, on doing things well at Crystal Palace, and I’m probably not aware of what’s being said on social media.
‘I don’t have any information that any of those clubs want me or are considering me. Nowadays my focus is on Crystal Palace and, obviously, here with the national team.’
