Tom Aspinall has reached his conclusion on the UFC 321 foul.
The UFC heavyweight champion had plans to cement his status because the undisputed king hampered by Ciryl Gane’s eye poke in Abu Dhabi this past October.
Gane badly fouled Aspinall at UFC 321, leading to their important event title fight ending in a no contest after lower than five minutes.

Tom Aspinall believes Ciryl Gane deliberately uses dirty tactics — and so did Jon Jones
Having kept largely quiet regarding UFC 321 and his recovery in recent days and weeks, Aspinall answered numerous questions that fans have been asking in a video on his YouTube channel.
After Aspinall addressed Dana White’s comments concerning the poke, the heavyweight champ turned his attention to Gane.
When asked if he thought the attention poke was deliberate, Aspinall admitted that he sees the Frenchman as a fighter who attempts to make use of dirty tactics to spice up his possibilities of victory.
“Once I watched the fight back, that’s after I really got the gist of what’s occurring,” Aspinall said.
“The guy was attempting to f—- poke my eyes out throughout that round. Multiple exchanges. Nearly every exchange that I could put him at risk, he had his fingers out pointing towards my eyes.
“The guy was cheating from the primary second, and the way in which that he desired to win that fight was (to) have me compromised by cheating,” he added.
“Even Jon Jones himself, even the GOAT himself said before he fought him that Gane is a cheater and uses dirty tactics.”
After including footage of Gane committing fouls in other fights, a clip from Jones’ post-fight press conference after submitting ‘Bon Gamin’ in 2023 played.
“I’ve noticed in a variety of Ciryl Gane’s fights, he hits people at the back of the pinnacle quite a bit. I didn’t want any style of dirty play happening on such an enormous night,” Jones said.
The GOAT contender was answering an issue about Gane’s low blow at UFC 285, which led to an instantaneous pause of their fight for the then-vacant heavyweight title.

The situation left Jones with a lower than positive opinion of Aspinall, and he didn’t miss a likelihood to get on the Englishman after how the UFC 321 important event concluded.
Having answered allegations that he was ‘ducking’ Aspinall by changing his social media profile pictures to a duck, Jones referenced the attention poke by adding a watch patch to the photo.
That got here shortly before Jones trolled Aspinall again by arriving on the Dirty Boxing 4 weigh-ins on a horse that wore a watch patch.
