Bonnie Blue may face a 15-year prison sentence for allegedly making pornographic content in violation of Indonesia’s morality laws after being detained in Bali last week.

The controversial creator also had her ‘Bangbus’ confiscated as she was taken into custody alongside 17 male tourists aged 19 to 40 on Thursday.

The adult star, real name Tia Billinger, 26, has been questioned by immigration officers following a police raid on a rental studio.

Blue travelled to Bali after she was banned from going to Australia last 12 months, encouraging Aussies to satisfy her within the province as a substitute.

Why was Bonnie Blue arrested?

Bonnie Blue allegedly planned to film explicit material during ‘schoolies week’ – a celebration after highschool that is analogous to Freshers’ Week for the UK.

Could she go to jail?

If she is convicted, Blue could resist 15 years in jail and a high quality of about £270,000. Police have confirmed that she can be ‘summoned’ for an interview with Bali immigration officials in the following 48 hours.

Indonesian police said her group was creating ‘content containing pornographic or immoral elements’.

Blue’s passport has been seized, but she was allowed to return to her hotel together with three male members of her team. They await updates while under investigation, with their technique of returning to the UK blocked.

Nevertheless, some 14 of the boys and men arrested – all of whom are Australian – were released at no cost after the raid.

Batubara added that Blue and three of the lads – one Australian man and two Britons – are attributable to be questioned further on Wednesday.

Officials are said to be deciding tips on how to proceed within the case, with the immigration department and Bali police working together.

Authorities also raided her accommodation, finding 19 outfits labelled ‘School Bonnie Blue’, a box of condoms, lubricant, nine pink necklaces, flash drives, two sheets of Viagra pills – some used.

After the raid, Batubara said: ‘Now we have handed them over to the Immigration for further investigation on alleged breaking Immigration law. The police investigation continues to be ongoing. We jointly conduct the investigation with the Immigration.’

Bali police also confirmed that her ‘Bangbus’ was not legal.

Last 12 months, Blue received a ban from going to Australia after she planned to create explicit content with newly-18-year-olds within the country.
