Almost a yr after MissNikkiiBaby accused LiAngelo Ball of abandoning her and their two young children, Gelo recently reflected on his decisions in a brand new episode of ‘Ball within the Family.’ In February 2025, Nikki revealed that LiAngelo had left her via text while she was just a number of months postpartum. She claimed the couple had allegedly gone from planning family photos to him confessing he was dating Rashida Nicole. While he allegedly told Nikki that Rashida was pregnant, Nicole later clarified that she didn’t get pregnant until later in 2025.
Fast forward to the podcast. Gelo admitted he regrets leaving Nikki over disagreements about living arrangements, school plans, and childcare, saying, “If I could re-do it, I’d’ve whopped my very own a** for real, like I’d’ve stayed there.” He also claimed Nikki, whose real name is Nikki Mudarris, is “cool” with him and that he confessed these thoughts on to her.
