Known for her outspoken personality and fearless opinions, Tanya has once more grabbed attention after addressing an uncomfortable incident involving winner Gaurav Khanna on the Bigg Boss success party hosted by Danube Properties in Dubai. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Tanya opened up about what she described as Gaurav’s “disrespectful” behaviour and the way it left her shocked and disillusioned. Tanya Mittal On Gaurav Khanna Disrespecting Her
Speaking candidly about her equation with Gaurav Khanna contained in the house, Tanya Mittal shared that she at all times maintained a respectful boundary. “Aap na apni reality kabhi chupa nahi sakte, wo kabhi na kabhi kaise na kaise wapas aayegi hi, aur woh bohot senior hai. Fundamental hi thi pure season unko ‘sir’ bolti thi, baaki sab toh Gaurav-Gaurav bolte the. Fundamental sirf ‘sir’ ya ‘bhaiya’ hi bolti hoon sabko,” she said.
Recounting what transpired on the party, Tanya admitted she was greatly surprised by his conduct. “Fundamental khud shocked thi woh kya kar rahe the party mein. Milte hi foremost ‘Jai Shree Ram’ keh rahi thi aur woh bolte hai, ‘Ab tum baklawa kha lena, inhe bata dena kaha se khati hu.’ Arrey, aap milte ho toh kisi se poochte ho kaise ho, kya haal hai. Fundamental kyu bataun aapko foremost kaha ka baklawa khati hoon? Bata dungi toh aap gift karoge kya?” she questioned, expressing her discomfort on the remark.
She further reacted to what was said on stage, calling it unnecessary and humiliating. “Stage par keh rahe ho, ‘Jaakar baith jao, Agnipariksha mat do.’ Fundamental toh soch bhi nahi sakti kisi party mein stage pe khade hoke aisa bolna. Mera jo bhi mazak banaya gaya woh mere saamne nahi hua, isliiye maine us waqt comment nahi kiya. Lekin agar aapko mazak bana ke khushi milti hai aur Bigg Boss ke baad bhi mera mazak banana pad raha hai, toh aap apni mental stithi samjho ki aap kis cheez se aage nahi badh paye ho,” she added.
Tanya Mittal On Not Being A Close Friend With Fellow BB Contestants
Tanya also addressed why she selected to not travel with the remainder of the contestants on the party bus, as an alternative arriving individually in a luxury Rolls-Royce. She explained, “Fundamental bahar bohot capable hoon, meri family bohot capable hai. Mere koi close friends nahi bane show ke baad, na kisi se number exchange hua. Fundamental kisi se baat bhi nahi kar rahi hoon. Toh foremost us bus mein drivers ke saath thodi baithungi? Fundamental kiske saath baithu? Fundamental loneliness se bahar aa chuki hoon, ab foremost apne aap ko dobara kisi difficult situation mein kyu daalu, sirf isliye kyunki log expect kar rahe hai?”
Sharing further details in regards to the arrangements for the Dubai event, Tanya clarified that she managed the whole lot independently. “Maine Mr Sajan ke yaha se na ticket li, na hotel booking, na gaadi li. Maine sirf promise kiya tha ki foremost party mein rahungi. Baaki cheezein maine khud manage ki. Fundamental nahi chahti koi mera kharcha uthaye. Fundamental har cheez ke liye capable hoon aur yeh koi exhibit nahi tha. Mere life ke yeh din wapas nahi aayenge, isliye agar foremost Dubai jaa rahi hoon toh apne hisaab se arrangement karungi,” she stated.
Meanwhile, the controversy erupted after a clip from the event went viral online. Within the video, Gaurav Khanna, who was on stage alongside Tanya and the owner of Danube Properties, was heard saying, “Fundamental sabse pehle Tanya ji se kehna chahta hoon, aap ab koi agni pariksha na dein, aap jaakar baith jao.” The remark triggered backlash on social media, with several viewers calling it insensitive and unnecessary.
Tanya Mittal’s candid revelations have once more sparked a conversation around respect, boundaries and public behaviour even after reality show fame fades.
