Justin Gaethje slams Paddy Pimblett

Justin Gaethje accused Paddy Pimblett of being overconfident and disrespectful ahead of UFC 324.

‘The Highlight’ didn’t like something Pimblett recently said about his old rival Dustin Poirier.

“, he definitely sounds overconfident,” Gaethje said in the course of the pre-fight press event.

“He’s out here disrespecting legends like Dustin Poirier.

“I’m gonna dog walk this English f— on Saturday. Watch!”

Pimblett defended his comments as ‘honest’ and aimed toward someone who has also criticized him.

“Dustin has never got a pleasant word to say about me,” he replied.

“So, I used to be honest and said he looked like s— against [Max] Holloway.

“F—ing hell, stop f—ing crying, you gang of farts.”

Gaethje interjected: “You’d also seem like s— against Holloway.”

Pimblett ended the conversation by saying: “We’ll see, once I beat you, I may very well be fighting him.”

What did Paddy Pimblett say about Dustin Poirier?

Paddy Pimblett recently let rip at Dustin Poirier for the ‘silly’ mistake he made ahead of his retirement fight.

‘The Baddy’ doesn’t think Poirier should’ve announced he was walking away from MMA before his unanimous decision defeat to Max Holloway at UFC 318 last July.

“I take a look at Dustin Poirier for an example,” Pimblett told TNT Sports.

Is that this guy the longer term of the lightweight division?
