In our recent interview, Tracee shared how she went from late-night scrolling to becoming a certified profession coach with recent offers, webinars, funnels, and a growing audience that keeps showing up for her work.

Meet Tracee Garner: Writer, Disability Advocate & Coach

Tracee lives in Northern Virginia, where winters are cold (and he or she’ll be the primary to let you know she does not like snow).

By day, she works full-time at a nonprofit helping individuals with disabilities find jobs. She can be an individual with a disability herself, which supplies her a strong, lived understanding of the barriers her clients face—not of their résumés, but often within the minds of hiring managers.

On top of that, Tracee is a prolific author and book coach:

  • She has written 22+ fiction and nonfiction books (inspirational, self-help, and more).

  • She helps other writers plan, write, and publish their books and get them on major platforms.

Winter has at all times been her personal “decelerate and write” season, while spring and summer are when she shines and ramps things up.

She even has a reputation for when she feels most efficient and energized:

Sparkle Time – the seasons and hours of the day whenever you naturally shine and get essentially the most done.

Now she teaches this idea to her clients—helping them schedule job searches, interviews, and necessary work during their own sparkle time.

Why Tracee Selected Profession Coach Certification

Before joining Profession Coach Certification, Tracee was already coaching writers. But she felt a pull toward profession coaching and wanted more structure and training around it.

She had taken a couple of of our other programs—like Love Your Profession Formula and Corporate Rescue Plan—and kept seeing Classy Profession Girl pop up in her late-night scrolls.

What finally convinced her to hitch?

  • She wanted formalization and tools around coaching, not only “winging it.”

  • The accelerator track—with the ability to complete this system in about three months—as a substitute of letting it drag on for six to nine months.

  • A transparent plan and framework she could follow as a substitute of piecing all the things together from scratch.

“I actually wanted the formalization of coaching and what that’s all about. The accelerator part really resonated with me—I loved that I could get it done in three months.”

The Biggest Challenges: Cost, Confidence & a Tough Job Market

Like many recent coaches, Tracee’s biggest challenges at the beginning were:

Because she works with job seekers with disabilities, she sees firsthand how hard it may be—not because candidates aren’t qualified, but due to internal bias and barriers from people ready to rent.

At first, Tracee felt the load of that.

But then something shifted:

She realized her primary job as a coach is to assist people construct confidence and show up as strongly as possible—while knowing some barriers are outside their control.

Once she embraced that, she could stop attempting to “solve all the things” and as a substitute give attention to being one powerful tool in her clients’ support system. That mindset made coaching feel more sustainable and effective.

How Profession Coach Certification Helped Her Construct Structure & Momentum

When Tracee joined this system, she had one big query:

“How am I going to get all this done—working full-time, writing books, and serving clients?”

What surprised her most was the sheer volume of resources contained in the certification:

  • Plug-and-play templates

  • Scripts for calls, discovery sessions, and onboarding

  • Client workbooks, tools, and frameworks

  • Step-by-step systems so she didn’t should reinvent the wheel

“We’re not reinventing the wheel. A whole lot of it’s plug and play. If I would like something, I can go to the vault, pull it, and use it.”

Just a few things that made an enormous difference for her:

  • The 90-Day Accelerator structure

  • Regular live calls and workshops

  • A small but mighty group of fellow students providing accountability

  • Lifetime access to the materials, so she will revisit them as she grows

She began setting reminders on her smart devices so she wouldn’t miss a single call:

“Every week there was something happening. I didn’t need to miss it. That kept me tethered and engaged all of the approach to the finish line.”

Practicing Coaching: The ten Hours That Modified All the pieces

As a part of Profession Coach Certification, Tracee accomplished 10 hours of practice coaching.

To line up clients, she posted on Facebook offering free coaching sessions. Inside hours, her schedule filled up—with people she already knew who couldn’t wait to book time together with her.

That response was deeply validating:

  • Friends and peers desired to work through their real issues together with her.

  • One in every of her practice clients was even one other coach.

  • Her sister-in-law was upset she hadn’t told her sooner because she wanted to hitch too!

“It was really validating that individuals desired to confer with me again. Simply because something is free doesn’t mean people will show up—but they did.”

Those 10 hours not only helped her refine her coaching skills, additionally they helped her see herself the way in which others saw her: capable, smart, and value booking.
