Rachel Zoe Reportedly Dating A Recent Man Amid Her Divorce

Rachel Zoe has been a fixture in popular culture for the reason that early days of Bravo, due to her five seasons on “The Rachel Zoe Project.” More recently, she joined “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” for the show’s fifteenth season. Ahead of the beginning of production, it was announced that Zoe and her longtime husband, Rodger Berman, were separating. They later filed for divorce, and now she has been spotted holding hands with a brand new man. 

In response to PEOPLE, Zoe attended the premiere for Paris Hilton’s “Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir” in Los Angeles on January 20. While on the red carpet, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was seen holding hands with relationship coach Sascha Haert. 

The Threads account, The Rachel Zoe Report, shared footage of the 2 of them on the event. She wore a wonderful black gown for the premiere, featuring a large bow on the front. Zoe also donned what seemed to be a gold necklace and had her blond locks styled down.

Regarding Haert, he wore a black suit with an identical shirt, featuring the primary few buttons undone. She was seen guiding him down the red carpet, they usually each seemed incredibly joyful. 

An insider also spoke to PEOPLE, saying that Zoe has been dating, not necessarily Haert, since her separation from Berman. In response to them, “Rachel has been loving dating since her separation from Rodger. She is having fun and never taking anything too seriously in the intervening time.”

They continued, “She seems joyful, and her friends are cheering her on as she explores this recent chapter of her life.” Zoe previously told the outlet about dating, “It’s incredibly fun. To be honest, that wasn’t hard for me to get into. It really wasn’t.” Her representative responded to the report about Zoe and Haert, saying, “Rachel has said she is dating.”

Zoe and Berman were together for 33 years and married for 26 of those years. Moreover, they’ve two sons, Skyler, born in 2011, and Kaius, born in 2013. Sadly, they announced in September 2024 that they were separating. She said on Instagram on the time, “After 33 years together and 26 years married, Rodger and I even have come to the mutual decision to finish our marriage.”

She continued, “We’re incredibly pleased with the loving family now we have created and our countless memories together. Our primary priority has been and can all the time be our kids. We’re committed to co-parent our boys and to proceed to work together throughout the many businesses we share.”

In response to PEOPLE, Zoe and Berman then filed for divorce in July 2025. They cited “irreconcilable differences” because the cause and listed the top of their relationship as July 27, 2024. They’re requesting joint physical and legal custody of the boys.

Zoe spoke to PEOPLE in November 2025 in regards to the difficult decision to finish her marriage to Berman. She said, “I used to be done. I used to be really done. I do not suffer from guilt of not having given it every little thing I could have. I do not suffer from that, and I do not suffer from feeling prefer it was a failed marriage. Having been married for 26 years, I might say that three-quarters of that was amazing.”

The “RHOBH” star continued, “I began to feel like this may increasingly not be probably the most advantageous situation for our kids. For me, for the last 14 years, literally every breath I take is for my kids. So every decision I make, every lens that I glance through is thru a lens of my children, of what are they going to think?”

She went on to share specific fears she had about their sons, asking, “What are they going to say? How will this affect them? I even have never felt that folks should live together and stay together, unhappy.”

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star recently spoke to The Zoe Report about how she’s coping with divorce. She said, “I’m happily divorced. You get an engagement ring while you get married, but why cannot we buy ourselves a hoop after we’re happily independent? I believe it’s incredibly vital that ladies also mark this time of their lives.”

Zoe stated that she collaborated together with her designer friend, Nicole Wegman, on the ring. In response to her, “We were texting, and she or he was like, ‘I actually think now we have to do a divorce ring.’ We went through all these stones, and clearly, I went for the largest one because I really like drama. I feel like at once my life has this huge imperfect circle, and the oval really represented that.”
