Johnny Walker was not impressed along with his brother’s victory in a grappling match with Zion Clark last night, and has explained why he didn’t attend.
The sunshine-heavyweight was called out by his heavyweight younger brother Valter Walker after he submitted Clark, who last fought at 135lb. The younger Walker has won his last 4 UFC fights by heel hook, which his opponent last night was proof against resulting from being born without legs.
In his post-match interview with Robin Black, Valter expressed his disappointment that Johnny had opted to not attend the event. He claimed that it was resulting from his brother’s wife insisting he stay home, however the light-heavyweight contender as a substitute says that he was embarrassed by the competition happening in any respect.

Valter Walker was not completely happy in any respect along with his brother Johnny Walker refusing to attend his bout with Zion Clark last night. He even called for the pair to fight contained in the octagon, or in a Karate Combat grappling match.
And in an Instagram comment reacting to the ordeal, the elder Walker made his feelings clear, writing: “I’m ashamed! He’s choking a defenseless guy, 4-times lighter than him, and without legs, very disrespectful.”
The subsequent a part of the comment was written in Portuguese, with rough translations indicating that he said: “Get someone your size, you’re shameful for the legacy Walker @valterwalkerufc.
“That’s why I didn’t come to this fight, it wasn’t a fight, it was a – I can’t even give it a reputation, someone tell me what it was, please.”
One other comment from the elder brother read: “He doesn’t deserve use my name! He shouldn’t be a Walker. I’m very sad, I rise up for family, family is what I fight for, and he haven’t any respect on my family my wife and my mom!
“He wants me to go away my pregnant wife at home after he said bad s— about her online? To come back and support him to fight a disabled man? Ashamed, very ashamed! Take my name out of yours.”

Valter Walker didn’t hold back in his interview last night, telling Robin Black: “I’m really upset because I called my brother to come back here with me and he didn’t come… Look, Johnny isn’t here. I need to crush him! I even have a type of strange relationship with my brother now.
“I need to complete him off, I need to interrupt his foot. I need to bring Johnny here and show him who the true Walker is… Everyone knows he has to ask his wife for permission. If his wife lets him, we’ll fight. I don’t care. It doesn’t matter where.
“Show me the cash and I’ll kill everyone and destroy every little thing. That is just the start. I’ll beat him here and within the UFC too. I’m just getting began. Come to the heavyweights, kid [Valter is six years younger]. I’ll show you who the true heavyweight is.”
