Jessica Alba and Money Warren’s marriage is officially over.
Based on documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, February 13, Alba, 44, and Warren, 47, finalized their divorce earlier this month. The exes will reportedly share joint custody of all three kids and neither pays any spousal support. Per the outlet, Warren will receive $3 million to even out the division of their assets.
Alba and Warren tied the knot in May 2008 and went on to welcome three children: daughter Honor in June 2008, daughter Haven in August 2011 and son Hayes in December 2017.
News broke of the pair’s split in January 2025 after 16 years of marriage. Later that month, Alba addressed her separation from Warren for the primary time.
“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — each as a person and in partnership with Money,” she wrote via Instagram. “I’m happy with how we’ve grown in our marriage during the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a brand new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”
She added: “We’re moving forward with love, kindness and respect for one another and can endlessly be family. Our youngsters remain our highest priority and we request privacy at the moment.”
Alba and Warren each filed for divorce in February 2025, listing their date of separation as December 27, 2024. Based on documents obtained by Us Weekly on the time, the 2 asked the court to find out which items were community property and needed to be divided between them.
Shortly after the exes’ split became public, a source shared insight into the explanations behind the breakup.
“They’ve had many ups and downs as any marriage would after being together for therefore a few years,” the insider exclusively told Us in January 2025. “They’ve tried therapy and have worked out past issues through the years.”
Their decision to ultimately call it quits was not the primary time Alba and Warren considered separating as they each “had issues” with one another before, per the source.
“There have been trust issues previously which led to many arguments,” the insider said, noting that “at the top of the day, the romance was gone between them.”
“The wedding ran its course,” the source told Us. “Their communication hadn’t been great.”
Despite the breakdown of their romantic relationship, Alba and Warren remained on good terms for the sake of their children and their joint business ventures.
“They’re good parents and partners in business together but lost their spark and grew apart,” the insider revealed. “Jessica and Money made the choice together that this was not working or healthy for anyone.”
The source added, “The children are their priority at once and so they will likely be cordial while coparenting. It isn’t messy behind the scenes in any respect.”
Alba has since moved on with Danny Ramirez, whom she was first linked to in July 2025 after they were spotted coming back from a Mexico vacation. Warren stays single, but was photographed holding hands with actress and model Hana Sun Doerr last summer.
When asked how he felt about Alba’s recent romance with Ramirez, Warren told TMZ in July 2025, “I’m blissful for her. I don’t know him, but he looks like an excellent guy.”
