Akanksha Chamola, known for Bhagya Lakshmi and Swaran Ghar, is earning praise for her powerful and emotionally intense performance in Dil Dhokha Aur Desire. In an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Akanksha Chamola spoke candidly about working with an intimacy coordinator in her show Dil, Dhokha Aur Desire. Akanksha Chamola On Working With An Intimacy Coordinator
Because the show Dil, Dhokha Aur Desire includes daring, intimate scenes, an intimacy coordinator ensured they were filmed safely and professionally. Speaking concerning the experience working with an intimacy coordinator, Akanksha Chamola said, “The thing is, we’re following the rules that we now have through censorship. Aur abhi woh saare guidelines kaafi change ho chuke hain. Toh jaise pehle OTT ko dekha jaata tha, ab waisa bilkul nahi hai kyunki guidelines bahut strict ho gayi hain. So keeping those guidelines in mind, hamare scenes bohot, prefer it’s a really small a part of this complete show. But having said that, there have been scenes, and such as you (the host) appropriately mentioned, we had intimacy coordinators, we had a excellent team, we had an incredible director, we had an incredible DOP. Jaise aapne mention kiya, aesthetically shoot karne mein aur vulgar shoot karne mein difference hota hai.”
The actress further added, “Aur yeh humara day one se clear tha. Jab hum meetings ke liye gaye the, hamare paas actually excel sheets thi, we had those drafts, jahan humein pehle hi dikha diya gaya tha. All of us had references for all the pieces. So we had planned by the point we went on the ground, it was like, like he said, it was a breeze. We actually breezed through all the series. Matlab humein zyada time laga hi nahi because we were so prepared.”
Akanksha concluded by saying, “Sab kuch pre-planned tha. Camera settings se lekar sab kuch itna planned tha ki there was nothing left to imagination. So because we were so fully prepared, all the pieces just flowed easily.”
