Faiz Baloch On Ramadan, Iftar & Learning From The 50

Reflecting on his ongoing journey in The 50, Faiz drew parallels between the show and Ramadan. He shared, “Being a part of The 50 was intense. It tested patience, trust, and ego each day. Ramadan jogs my memory to regulate my ego. In competitions, emotions run high, but this month teaches me that real strength is staying calm when you’ll be able to react. Loyalty and patience usually are not weaknesses; they’re power.”

When asked what a super iftar at home could be like, Faiz painted a straightforward but warm picture, “We break fast with dates and water first, then fruits, pakoras, perhaps biryani or something homemade. The most effective part isn’t the food, it’s sitting together as a family, making dua before eating. One must-have every Ramadan is certainly dates and fruit chaat at our table.”

On personal prayers this Ramadan, Faiz revealed, “I’m praying for growth not only professionally, but spiritually. I would like to develop into more disciplined, more consistent, and more impactful. There are things coming soon, InshaAllah, that my fans will see. But greater than success, I pray for the best direction and pure intentions.”
