A Chinese company has gone viral after distributing almost 70% of its yearly profits amongst employees.

Henan Kuangshan Crane Company boss Cui Peijun laid out £19,000,000 value of money bonuses on banquet tables for his staff this 12 months.

During its annual company gala on February 13, Peijun arrange 800 banquet tables for his 8,000 employees, covering each in money.

Amongst other awards provided that evening, some employees played games where they may take whatever amount of money they counted.

The corporate had a yearly profit of around £29,000,000 last 12 months, the South China Morning Post reported.

Only £10,000,000 was left after the worker event allowed employees to take home armfuls of money.

Peijun said: ‘It shouldn’t be that I like giving out money, it’s that young persons are burdened with automotive loans and mortgages, and any relief we are able to offer helps.’

He also joked with the finance team onstage, who were handing out washing machines.

‘Why are we giving out washing machines? Have gold prices gone up?’ he asked.

In years prior, his company gifted necklaces and rings, together with an extra bonus in money.

There are generous bosses within the UK as well – Benjy Leslie, 26, the CEO and founding father of Connect Management, believes ‘creating the correct environment helps people thrive’ and has all the time treated his employees well.

Within the run-up to Christmas, he hosts the ‘Santa Leslie incentive’ where the worker of the day and the salesperson of the day get to pick a gift.

The gifts range from a visit to Barcelona, a Range Rover Evoque value £44k, Ninja gadgets, an iPhone and iPads.

Leslie also treated his team to an end-of-year two-day Christmas retreat to a mansion last 12 months, where they played sports and had an awards ceremony.

He said the party and the gifts have cost him £100,000, but says giving back is what it’s all about.

Benjy, from Willesden, London, said: ‘It’s completely crazy. It’s not even about how long you’ve been here or how senior you might be. It’s about turning as much as work daily and giving it your all.’

Benjy quit his job in promoting in 2019 and arrange the business in 2020, and as his success has grown he has desired to share it together with his team.

And after treating his team to £20k value of gifts last 12 months, he decided to run the initiative for a 3rd 12 months running.
