Adan Palma lost his unbeaten record after Pablo Rubio Jr. scored a unanimous decision win of their eight-round featherweight fight. Rubio recovered from two knockdowns within the third round and rallied with regular activity within the later rounds to earn scores of 77-73, 77-73, and 76-74. The result moves Rubio to 15-0, while Palma falls to 14-1.
Vlad Panin stopped Shinard Bunch within the ninth round of their scheduled 10-round welterweight fight after controlling a lot of the motion. Panin used his jab and regular pressure to maintain Bunch on the defensive before overwhelming him with a sustained attack that forced the referee to halt the bout. The victory improves Panin to 24-2, while Bunch falls to 22-4-1.
Joshua Juarez (15-0, 9 KOs) earned an eight-round unanimous decision over Jardae Anderson (11-2, 9 KOs) in a heavyweight bout. Juarez set the pace with higher activity and landed the cleaner punches to secure the victory on the scorecards.
Jaycob Ramos and Ethan Perez battled to a six-round majority attract a featherweight fight that featured each fighters hitting the canvas. Perez dropped Ramos early, but Ramos rallied with regular pressure within the later rounds to maintain the competition close. The result leaves Ramos at 4-1-1 and Perez at 8-0-1 after an evenly fought bout.
Brady Ochoa and Adrian Miguel Serrano fought to a six-round majority attract a light-weight bout between unbeaten prospects. One judge scored it 58-56 for Ochoa, while the opposite two had it even at 57-57, leaving each fighters with no loss. The result moves Ochoa to 9-0-1 and Serrano to 6-0-2 after a competitive fight with no knockdowns.
Emiliano Alvarado stayed unbeaten with a six-round unanimous decision over Erick Rosado, taking all three cards 59-54 after dropping Rosado with a pointy left hook within the second round. Rosado began well and can have nicked the opening round, but Alvarado took over after the knockdown and controlled the remainder of the fight to maneuver to 11-0.
