Last month, Shoaib Ibrahim shared that Dipika Kakar has developed a cyst in her stomach. She was recently hospitalised for one more surgery. Dipika has been open about her health struggles, several months after her treatment for liver cancer. She and Shoaib, her actor husband, often share insights into their each day lives on their YouTube channels.
Dipika Kakar Begins Latest Food plan Ahead Of Blood Tests
In a recent video posted on Shoaib’s channel, Dipika became emotional when Shoaib mentioned that she would wish to undergo blood tests again in the approaching weeks. He said, “Dipika has began a brand new food plan; she has a routine now. She wakes up at 7 am, goes for a walk, and isn’t allowed to eat anything after 7 pm.” Dipika also expressed her desire to create recipe vlogs for her channel, which she hasn’t been in a position to do recently because standing for long periods is difficult.
Shoaib reminded Dipika that her blood tests were scheduled after Eid. Hearing this, Dipika grew emotional and was seen wiping away tears. Shoaib added, “She’s very strong, but sometimes all of this gets overwhelming. When I discussed the tests, it reminded her of what’s ahead.”
Dipika shared her feelings, saying, “Now, a fear has settled deep inside me. You all keep telling me to have faith, and I hope all the pieces will probably be high-quality. But everyone knows that whatever is supposed to be, will probably be. It’s okay, we accept whatever comes.”
Dipika’s Cyst Removal Surgery
A couple of weeks earlier, Dipika and Shoaib celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary. She recently underwent surgery to remove the cyst, which was successful. She has been fighting stage 2 liver cancer for several months. In June 2023, Dipika underwent tumour removal as a part of her ongoing treatment.
Since then, she has been documenting her health journey on her YouTube channel, sharing her experiences with chemotherapy, her emotional ups and downs, and her gradual progress towards recovery. Each she and Shoaib often update their fans through their vlogs, keeping their followers closely connected and informed.
