‘He looks completely satisfied to me,’ Simeone said. ‘He’s scoring goals, in case you take a look at the teams he’s been at [River Plate and Man City], Atletico is the team where he’s scored essentially the most goals.
‘He looks committed, positive. There isn’t much difference between this season and last season by way of the goals he’s scored.

Which club should Julian Alvarez join this summer?
‘They’re playing Kai Havertz, sometimes as a false nine, Gabriel Jesus is thru the center, and Leandro Trossard has played there.
‘Alvarez is an actual talent. As I say, it might surprise me to see him coming back. But by way of where he went, I feel he’d probably get more game time.
‘And something? Chelsea might appeal to him due to that, due to those aspects you’ve mentioned, particularly the one a couple of young side with quite a lot of potential.

‘If he got here to Arsenal, they still haven’t got over the road at this moment in time.
‘I feel they are going to, and I feel they are going to in a few years, but it surely’s an enormous six weeks coming up for Arsenal, there’s little question. You take a look at the dimensions of Arsenal’s squad, it’s absolutely massive.
‘So, he’s probably got a greater probability of getting more regular playing time with Chelsea.’
