Platinum-selling rapper Blueface has insisted that he won’t ever fight on Adin Ross’ promotion again regardless that he earned $300,000 for what was purported to be a tune-up bout.
Blueface has already signed and begun to advertise a bout on May 2 with NBA champion Nick ‘Swaggy P’ Young in Miami. But since his last boxing match in 2023, he has tacked on 53lb and moved from middleweight to heavyweight in consequence.
So he took what was essentially a warm-up fight on Saturday night’s Brand Risk Promotions event at Ross’ warehouse against the little-known streamer Chibu. Nonetheless, disaster struck as he looked slow at the burden, was sent through the ropes and almost stopped in a humiliating defeat.

In his post-fight interview after Saturday’s win, Blueface told Adin Ross to his face that he’s unlikely to return to the Brand Risk ring. For a transient period the next day ‘Swaggy P’ teased their fight being off in consequence of the loss, but their promoter Ron Johnson has confirmed it remains to be very much on.
In subsequent streams, Blueface detailed how he earned a whopping $300,000 purse for a six-rounder at an invite-only show that was broadcast completely free on Kick and other social media platforms. But he still guaranteed that he would never step foot in Ross’ ring again under any circumstances.
“I’ll definitely never fight on Brand Risk again just based on Adin’s business skills,” a dejected Blueface said in a stream backstage following his defeat. “Adin, my man, Adin…”
In a later stream, he claimed Ross was ‘definitely scamming’, although to what end appears uncertain. “He tried to say I used to be drinking and getting lit [before the fight],” the rapper continued. “I don’t even drink, chat.
“All of the highlights were in a single round of a six round fight. When you go take a look at all of the highlights of what everyone seems to be posting, all of it says ’round six’. Where’s the remainder of it?
