Veteran actress Navnindra Behl, known for her work across movies, television and theatre, has passed away on the age of 76, on March 16. The news of her demise was confirmed by her son, filmmaker Kanu Behl. Who shared an emotional tribute remembering her presence in his life. Taking to social media, he posted a photograph of her together with a heartfelt note reflecting on their deep bond.

Lead stars include Nakuul Mehta, Surbhi Chandna, and Kunal Jaisingh, together with Shrenu Parikh Mhatre, Navina Bole, and Mansi Srivastava. Shared emotional tributes remembering her warmth and presence.
Taking to Instagram, Nakuul Mehta who played Shivaay Singh Oberoi on the show. Shared a series of unseen photos with the late actor and penned a heartfelt note. He wrote, “The great thing about long running television shows is that they often provide you with the chance to spend time with individuals who can have existed in worlds very different from yours until then..after which, almost magically, they find yourself shaping a major a part of who you were during those years.
The actor further added, “And long after the experience ends, a few of what they stood for continues to search out a house inside you. We spent so many days sharing a set floor and plenty of lunches over the three years we worked together on Ishqbaaaz. I’d often complain concerning the boring sabzis (read: lauki, karela) she’d bring, and she or he would proceed to insist that we try her food. She didn’t quit. I never gave in.”
He concluded, “I doubt I ever called her Maam! None of us did. It was at all times Dadi. We’ll miss you, Dadi.”

Surbhi Chandna, who played Anika Trivedi Singh Oberoi within the show, shared a private note recalling her early days with Navnindra Behl. She wrote, “My first show as a lead and that i consider myself lucky we were makeup room partners, i’ve practically lived essentially the most precious time of my life with you, just the fitting influence at first of my profession what higher could i ask for our lunches together, our conversations about about life.
She added, “You fondly talking about your love story with Lalit sir, i used to be your executive producer at most occasions and we might joke about it. Zindagi ko woh pal apne hum sab ke bohot khoobsurat bana diye dadi. Om shanti.”
