One other title match has been added to the lineup for WWE WrestleMania 42 as AJ Lee will defend her Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Becky Lynch on The Grandest Stage of Them All.
Lee has defeated Lynch repeatedly since returning at Wrestlepalooza, most recently snatching that very belt away from The Man at Elimination Chamber. Lynch’s obsession over getting back at Lee was placed on hold for a temporary pause as Lee defended her title against Bayley, just for Lynch to attack her last week after the bell.
The 2 nearly got here to blows again on this week’s Monday Night Raw episode, with Lee charging the ring after Lynch cut a promo about how even her daughter loves The Geek Goddess, just for Lynch to run into the gang.
Lee then put out the thought of just doing the match that Lynch clearly wants, and that easily, a rematch is back on the books again.
It still hasn’t been announced if this might be on Saturday or Sunday, so stay tuned for updates to the WrestleMania card. At it stands at once, that weekend’s lineup consists of the next matches:

- Singles Match for the WWE Women’s Championship: Jade Cargill (c) vs Rhea Ripley
- Singles Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship: Drew McIntyre (c) vs Randy Orton
- Brock Lesnar vs Oba Femi
- Singles Match for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship: AJ Lee (c) vs Becky Lynch
