Within the initial episodes of The 50, Shiv Thakare appeared to admire Karan Patel’s personality, while also backing Vanshaj Singh on certain occasions. When asked about his tackle the Karan Patel–Vanshaj Singh clash—particularly Vanshaj’s “Buddhu Buddha” remark geared toward Karan Patel, Shiv Thakare said, “Dekho usne joh bahar kiya woh humein nahi pata tha, hum show ke andar the. Andar aane ke baad Karan bhai ko usne sorry bhi bola, baith ke sort bhi hua. Kuch jagah hum log na jaldi judge kar lete hain kisi ko.”
He further added, “Shayad yeh Karan bhai ko pata hai, mujhe pata hai, Prince bhai ko pata hai. Jab Karan bhai ko goli lagi hai, woh sirf Karan bhai ki galti nahi thi. Ye Vanshaj ko shayad principal alag se bataunga. Kuch-kuch cheezon mein na bechare phas jaate hain. Wahan pe jab itne senior insaan ko kuch bola gaya, us insaan ne bahut achhe se, pyaar se baat ki. Phir woh dono ka sort hua hai. But Karan bhai ke upar joh goli chali thi, usmein Karan bhai ki galti nahi thi akele.”
Shiv Thakare Admits Vanshaj Us Jagah Sahi Tha
Praising the senior actor, he further added, “Karan bhai na life mein bahut achha kaam karke yahan pe pahunche hain. Joh yahan pe shayad hi kisi ne kiya hoga. Woh senior hain, aur unke dil mein kuch nahi rehta hai. Primary baat bataun, abhi bhi principal aapke saamne wahi cheez bolunga joh mujhe soch samajh ke bolna hai. Gaali dene wale gande hote hain, yeh nahi hota. Aur jitne log Karan Patel ko jaante hain—principal toh abhi bhi jaanne laga hoon—woh waise hi hain. Woh gaali nahi de rahe hote hai. Woh baat kar rahe hote hai. Toh kabhi-kabhi misunderstanding hui thi. Aur Vanshaj us jagah sahi tha, ki usko kabhi-kabhi log bachcha samajh rahe the. Bachcha samajh ke aap daba nahi sakte. Jahan pe maine bola ki aap mere alliance ke bhi ho toh usko player samjho. Par Karan bhai ko samajhne mein thodi misunderstanding hui bahut logon ki.”
Shiv Thakare Responds To Vanshaj Singh- Riddhima Pandit Clash
Following her eviction from the show, Riddhima Pandit had openly stated that she would send a legal notice to influencer Vanshaj Singh after their heated clash. When asked whether he had spoken to either of them after winning the show, Shiv Thakare said, “Maine Vanshaj se baat ki, Ridhima se maine kuch message pe baat ki thi, thodi bahut meri dono se baat hui hai.”
Furthermore, when asked whether he helped clear their misunderstandings after chatting with them, Shiv Thakare said, “Dekhiye, principal bahut chhota insaan hoon, yeh log bahut bade insaan hain. Primary kyun samjhaun inko? Aapko lagta hai yeh joh reality show ki cheezein hain, ye kisi ke samjhane se samajh jayenge? Nahi. Yeh log samajhdaar insaan hain, aur aap kyun itna mahaan banoge ki wahan jaake samjhane lago? Mere ko lagta hai samajhdaar log hain, soch-samajh ke kuch cheezein kar rahe hain, unko karne do. Jab aapke saath baat karte hain, maze karo, masti karo, bas baat khatam.”
