Royce Keys’ rumored direction for WWE WrestleMania 42 appears to have modified again.
It was rumored that Keys could team up with Jelly Roll in a tag team match at WrestleMania 42. Nonetheless, that concept has now been downplayed. During a recent WrestleVotes Q&A, an update was provided. The report states,
“The rumor was Jelly Roll and Royce Keys taking up Kit Wilson and The Miz. That rumor’s been debunked. Perhaps it was discussed, but it surely’s actually not the plan.”
“You’re really living in a world now where you herald Royce Keys for a surprise debut on the Royal Rumble after which he’s not seen until after WrestleMania. That will have been unfathomable in a fantasy booking aspect… but that’s where we’re.”
“You’ve to remember what number of plans have modified during this construct to WrestleMania. I’m sure lots of things have been discussed, given how much has been shuffled around.”
“You possibly can fall asleep one night considering something is ready, and get up the following morning and it’s completely out the door… So there was a situation where Royce Keys’ way of getting on TV was through Jelly Roll.”
