4 months after revealing she purchased an estate together with her boyfriend, Tammy Rivera resides in bliss. The previous reality TV star shared an update this week concerning the changes she’s seeing in herself and being “actually comfortable.” In response, fans are eating up the enjoyment she’s shared, applauding the era she’s in and the person by her side!

Tammy Rivera Says She’s Comfortable & The Social Reactions Are Healthful
Rivera shared the home life update on Wednesday via Instagram. She included photos and videos featuring her and her boyfriend, Kosher Oasis. She’s chilling on a ship on their lake for the primary time, she revealed. Kosher was sitting on their deck, feet kicked up with their dog. Cats exploring the estate, pancake and eggs breakfast with a view. Also, a video of them paddle boating on their lake. Vibes? Elite. Their energy? At peace. Fans? Loving it.
“Today was our first time out on the lake, testing the fishing boat and pedal boat… and I had an entire moment 😩 Someway I went from Chanel and Birkins to cats, dogs, Class A RVs, a lake estate, and fishing boats… and I don’t even recognize myself anymore lol. However the crazy part? I’m actually comfortable. Like… really comfortable. And so is he. ❤️ #TRiveraOnTheLake”
In her comment section, Yandy Smith wrote, “So beautiful,” with red heart emojis, while Tahiry Jose added a clapping hand emoticon and crying GIF. Kandi Burruss said, “I really like this for you” and Apryl Jones commented, “That is where it’s at lol.”

Tammy Rivera is simply 39, together with her fortieth coming up on July 30. But a comment from @jayshantae.turner gave her a sweet warning: “That is 40 sis, I swear once your bday comes THAT DAY you only gone feel different…like more at peace…you’ve been preparing yourself…I felt like this last 12 months and when that fortieth hit, shit just made sense. The expansion is gorgeous ❤️ I really like seeing you flourish. Love you!!”

Tammy’s Been Living Large Since Last 12 months
In November, Tammy let fans learn about one among her biggest accomplishments, purchasing her beautiful estate. She shared the news amid the vacations and thanked her bae Kosher for remaining solid throughout the tedious process.
“Purchasing this estate has been one among the toughest things I’ve ever needed to do — definitely top 5 on my list! The spiritual battle we fought through this process made me stand firm in my faith. I told God, ‘I would like what You wish for me.’ And the moment I walked into this house, I checked out my man and said, ‘Baby, that is my house.’ And indeed… it was,” Tammy Rivera wrote in November.
After thanking a slew of individuals, including her realtor and sister, she circled back to offer her man his flowers. “Words can’t describe the support, love, care, and patience you’ve shown me. I can’t wait to share our recent home — and this recent chapter of life — together,” Tammy said.
Learning From Her Past & Loving Her Present!
Certainly one of Tammy Rivera’s claim to fame was her former relationship and later marriage to Waka Flocka. The rapper continues to be around in a way as he continues to indicate up for his only child, stepdaughter Charlie Rivera.
Recently, in December 2025, Tammy opened up about life after they were a trio family unit. She admitted to Carlos King that cheating was the one reason she “gracefully bowed out” from her marriage to Waka. Ultmately, she didn’t wish to lose her friend by continuing to stay around, constructing resentment for past transgressions. Following the divorce, Tammy said she and her ex-husband thanked one another for the memories and their marriage efforts. And as of December, she and Waka still talk.
So, the past is previously. What about her present? In that very same Carlos King interview, Tammy made it clear she’s not leaving Kosher Oasis. Not for a soul or some Ms.
“There isn’t enough money on the planet that might make me leave this man. I could discover a richer man, but I cannot find the morals and wealthy spirit that I actually have now. There’s [nothing] on this world that might replace what I actually have now.” Rivera said on the time.
Today, Tammy’s happiness continues to shine through! A number of days ago, she shared a video recap of “life currently.” Several clips showed her chilling in bed and round her property together with her cats and a peek at home renovation. But Tammy can be seen vibin’ together with her family members, including together with her daughter Charlie, at a skating rink and elsewhere.
Also a number of days before her IG dump, Tammy also shared a hilarious video of her recent love, Kosher. Tammy posted Ring footage that hears her complimenting him, then joking about his “fat” cheeks. They each sweetly laugh, as Rivera jokingly asks him to “bend over” for her. The caption on the video reads, “Why they get mad after we admire them the best way they admire us?! 😩🤷🏽♀️ #FineAss he going to be pissed when he see this 😂.”
