General Hospital saw a serious storyline happening these days, which involved multiple characters. WSB’s director, Cullum, was in a fight with Jason when Rocco got entwined within the situation. He shot Cullum to guard Jason and Britt from him. But Jason made it appear like he shot Cullum to save lots of Rocco.

The previous didn’t want the young boy to take the autumn for harming an influence player of the WSB. But Rocco knew the reality, and the guilt had not been easy for him to digest. Finn Carr, the actor who plays the role, shed some light on how this storyline will change Rocoo perpetually and affect his future.

During a conversation with Soap Opera Digest, the actor shared that the storyline has been exciting and difficult to play. “I just tried to essentially carry that with me and show a variety of that fear, not wanting to speak about it immediately due to how traumatic it was. I used to be doing a variety of acting behind the eyes, showing the layers of various emotions,” he shared.

Finn mused that this may also result in a variety of threads between Rocco and Danny because Rocco is connected to each of Danny’s parents’ leaving. Be it Sam’s death or Jason being taken away by the WSB now. He added that Rocco doesn’t prefer to lie, and having to maintain this truth has been hard.

“Showing him struggle to everyone and carry this massive secret has been a variety of fun,” the soap star revealed. “He’s trying to return to terms with it as much as he can, but it surely messes with him that Jason took the autumn for what he did,” he added in regards to the features of the situation which have hit Rocco probably the most.

Things have been frustrating for Rocco, as he feels overflooded with guilt and sorrow. Finn mused that this is able to toughen him and alter his life perpetually. “Shooting someone, for a pleasant guy like Rocco, is a moment that definitely alters how his brain goes to go about interested by things late,” he felt.

No matter how hard things are for Rocco, Finn is beyond grateful to the writers and producers for trusting him with such a layered and robust story. The impact of it’ll be big on the character, and he is happy for it.
