On Wednesday, March 25, PEOPLE published an exclusive interview with Mowry. Moreover, the outlet reportedly spoke together with her while she was attending the Jhpiego Laughter Is the Best Medicine Gala on Wednesday, March 18. While there, Mowry spoke on how she “manifested” her recent romance.
“I’ll say that I’ve been in a spot of solitude for a really very long time. And there, I used to be really capable of learn who I’m, what it was that I wanted, and what it was that I needed. And I manifested this. I actually did,” she said.
Per Mowry, she “became really positive” and spoke her recent love “into existence.”
“I like speaking it into existence, just being really positive in regards to the words that you just are telling yourself. Visualization, I’m an enormous believer of visualizing things and visualizing feelings. And I just began to stop just talking bad and poorly about dating since it was very easy to do this,” she said. “But I used to be like, ‘You recognize what?
