Referred to as the ‘green flag’ guy on Splitsvilla X6, Ron Kariappa earned praise for his gentlemanly behaviour and chivalry throughout the show. Nonetheless, things took a turn after his connection on the fact show. Asmita Adhikari alleged that Ron was flirting with Akanksha Choudhary at a celebration attended by the Splitsvilla contestants, reportedly hosted by Uorfi Javed. Ron Kariappa Hits Back At Asmita Adhikari’s Allegations Of Flirting With Akanksha Choudhary On Splitsvilla X6
Responding to the accusations, Ron questioned how his behaviour was being perceived by us, saying, “You’ve sat with me and spoken to me for 15–20 minutes straight away. Does this feel like flirting to you? No right. But I still have an lively conversation with you. I put effort into having a conversation. People don’t understand this. If I’m sitting at a celebration and attempting to talk, five other people will sit in a corner and say I’m flirting.”
He further clarified that his conduct on the party was respectful and that he ensured nobody felt uncomfortable. Stating, “Throughout the party, ask anyone from the Splitsvilla group, I’ve not made anyone uncomfortable. I even have not stuck around to get anything out of anyone. Leave all of that. I didn’t even go there with the thought of taking someone home or anything like that.”
Explaining his intent behind attending the gathering, Ron said it was more about self-reflection and growth. Adding, “I went there because, one, it was a hit party of the show I used to be a part of. Two, I needed to figure things out about myself. I needed to learn, I needed to grow. I got here out of the show and felt like there have been things lacking in me. So now I’ll try to enhance them. It’s a mindset.”
Addressing why he wouldn’t engage in such behaviour, especially inside the same circle. Ron said, “In between all of this, why will I’m going flirt with anyone else? And why will I’m going flirt with anyone from the Splitsvilla group? You tell me, why will I get back into the identical mess I attempted to come back out of?”
Ron Kariappa Clarifies His Intentions Of Talking To Other Girls
He reiterated that his intention was simply to benefit from the evening and interact respectfully. Explaining, “I went there to rejoice. I went there to talk nicely to everyone. And even today, I’ll say the identical thing. If a lady is available in front of me, I’ll ensure that she feels comfortable. In case you consider that flirting, when you think selecting a lady’s comfort over my very own comfort is flirting, then I’m a flirt.”
Highlighting the values instilled in him, Ron spoke in regards to the importance of lively listening, saying, “But that is how I’ve been brought up. That is what my parents have taught me. I feel she’s a really beautiful girl. I feel she’s full model material and all that. But simply because a woman is gorgeous… you recognize what I mean, right?”
