Alberto El Patron, known to many fans as Alberto Del Rio, has been arrested in reference to an alleged domestic violence incident.
Based on a report from Milenio, the arrest took place earlier today (Monday), stemming from accusations that he physically and verbally assaulted his girlfriend. The report claims that the lady called 911 for assistance after sustaining injuries to her face and arms. Authorities from the State Civil Guard allegedly arrived while the incident was still unfolding and observed visible signs of violence, resulting in his arrest on the scene.
He was subsequently turned over to the San Luis Potosí State Attorney General’s Office, where he is anticipated to face formal charges related to the incident.

This isn’t the primary time El Patron has faced serious allegations. In 2020, while in Texas, Patron was arrested and later indicted on one count of aggravated kidnapping together with 4 counts of sexual assault. Based on reports, the arrest took place on May 9, 2020, after a lady contacted authorities in San Antonio earlier that week.
The alleged incident was said to have occurred on May 3, 2020, around 10 PM local time, when Patron reportedly became upset after accusing the lady of infidelity. When she denied the accusation, he allegedly struck her multiple times. The lady also claimed that he forced her to wear a dress and dance for him, and when she refused, he allegedly threatened harm involving her child.
In 2021, the case was ultimately dropped. Court records on the time indicated that the choice was due partially to a missing witness, resulting in the dismissal of the costs.
