Perez won Player of the Week for the third time this season, trailing only Converge rookie Juan Gomez de Liano, who has 4.
Through the week, Perez posted 23.0 points on 55 percent shooting with 5.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and a couple of.0 steals.
His lead role within the Beermen’s 85-82 win over Ginebra had a huge impact in getting the award despite bucking early 4 trouble and a scoreless first half as Perez dropped 15 of his 20 points within the fourth quarter.
Also key was his assist for Don Trollano, whose three-pointer from the appropriate side broke the deadlock in the ultimate seconds.
Against Macau, Perez dropped 26 points in securing a 110-94 win on Tuesday at Ninoy Aquino Stadium.
