As conversations intensify around the continued controversy involving Parth Samthaan, Mridul Meena has taken a firm and unapologetic stand against what he describes as “manufactured narratives” driven by fake PR. In a strongly worded statement, he called out the growing tendency of shaping public perception through planted content, stressing that visibility should never be confused with credibility.
Mridul Meena Calls Out ‘Fake PR’ Amid Parth Samthaan Controversy
Mridul adds, “What we’re witnessing today shouldn’t be organic conversation, it’s a curated narrative. Paid content is being pushed in a way that it looks real, and that’s where the audience gets misled. Simply because something is trending or widely circulated doesn’t mean it holds any truth. It’s vital to query the source before believing the story.”
He further states, “I even have already clarified through my story that the video being circulated is a paid PR stunt. There’s a deliberate try and package something fabricated as reality. This isn’t nearly one incident, it reflects a bigger issue where narratives are being engineered to influence perception moderately than present facts.”
He adds more, “Fake PR thrives on silence and speed. It moves quickly, plants an idea, and before anyone can confirm it, the narrative is already accepted by many. That’s the damaging part it doesn’t give truth enough time to catch up. And once people form an opinion, it becomes very difficult to reverse it.”
He then says, “Being pulled into something like this with none involvement is frustrating. There’s a transparent try and drag and associate names where they don’t belong. It’s disappointing to see how easily narratives are built without accountability, and the way quickly people decide to imagine them.”
He concludes, “We’re selecting to remain dignified and never bask in unnecessary backwards and forwards, but that doesn’t mean we won’t call out what’s improper. Truth doesn’t need manipulation or amplification. It stands tall by itself, and eventually, every part built on falsehood falls apart.”
About The Controversy
Parth Samthaan is embroiled in an argument concerning allegations of paid PR and targeted harassment. Key details of the incident reveal that Parth accused “paid bots” and pretend accounts of being hired to post negative comments about him, his family, and his personal life on Instagram. In response to the trolling, Parth announced a break from social media and confirmed that he had filed a criticism with the cybercrime department to deal with the problem.
The situation escalated when the controversy led to an on-set confrontation along with his co-star from Seher Hone Ko Hai, Rishita Kothari, and her partner, Mridul Meena, whom Parth suspected of being involved within the trolling. The altercation caused a short lived halt within the shooting of the show. Each Rishita Kothari and Mridul Meena denied the allegations, with Meena asserting that the narrative against them was an attempt at negative PR.
