Perry, who has fought the vast majority of his MMA profession at 170lbs, weighed in on Friday night ahead of the fight at 196.6lbs, essentially the most he’s ever weighed in at for combat competition.

The 27-year-old Web sensation, then again, weighed in at 200lbs even, which on the face of things doesn’t look like a giant weight advantage.

Despite that, Paul has since revealed how much he weighed on fight night on Saturday night, with him towering over Perry within the boxing ring.

His revelation is available in response to Conor McGregor after the Irishman shamed him on X for fighting someone 40lbs lighter than him.

“People say the whole lot about weight difference. 40 (lbs) or whatever. I used to be 212 (lbs) within the ring (on Saturday), so 10lb difference, that’s common in boxing,” Jake Paul stated on BS w/ Jake Paul.

McGregor isn’t the just one to criticize the vlogger-turned-boxer for his cherry-picking ways, as UFC commentator Michael Bisping has also slammed Paul for being a weight bully.

Before ‘The Problem Child’ decided to bizarrely call out UFC light heavyweight champion, Alex Pereira, he and the 32-year-old had a conversation within the ring, and Paul has shared what Perry allegedly told him.

“He was similar to, ‘Man, you bought a lot faster, you’re so fast, I couldn’t do anything, you hit hard, you hit harder than my training partners, I wasn’t prepared for that’, standard s***,” Paul claimed.

Despite that, the 27-year-old did express his respect for ‘Platinum’ for doing what he claims, others won’t.

“There’s a respect because a number of people won’t actually get into the ring. He sold the fight great, he stood there and took the shots, put all of it on the road and I respect any man truthfully that gets into the ring and is willing to risk all of it,” Paul continued.
