The digital content creator – who was a Paisa villa contestant on the show before the merger, took to social media and shared a video detailing a distressing incident that took place at a club in Mumbai.

Splitsvilla 16’s Preet Singh Recalls Being Physically Assaulted By A Man In A Mumbai Club
Yesterday, Preet Singh took to her Instagram handle and shared a video with a closeup of her swollen eyes. Sharing details concerning the incident, the Splitsvilla 16 wrote within the caption, “DISCLAIMER 🚨I actually have all the time heard that Mumbai is one in every of the safest cities for ladies, but I never imagined it will welcome me like this. Whilst I write this, I’m shivering my eyes are swollen, my face is bruised, and I’m still attempting to process what happened.”
Preet continued, “I used to be simply sitting and having fun with time with my friend at a club when a lady suddenly began shouting, questioning how we were even allowed inside. What began as a verbal argument quickly changed into something horrific when her male friend stepped in and physically assaulted us.” Talking about her bruises, she shared, “I used to be hit so badly that my tooth broke and my face swelled up. It was only when people intervened that the situation stopped.”
Preet Singh also noted, “Later, I got to know that the girl is a so-called influencer. I’m still in shock that something like this might occur so openly. Nobody deserves to undergo this.”

Commenting on the video, Uorfi Javed advised, “Please please go to a police and file a criticism !! When you need anytning you’ve got my number.” Fatima Sana Shaikh also commented on her post writing, “Wth! Please go file a criticism. Hope you get better soon!”
Actress Kashish Kapoor wrote, “You’ll want to name that girl preet n complain !! The undeniable fact that someone was comfortable doing this to you ( a public figure ) in public says so much concerning the person ! She must not be allowed to roam free!! Please tc n raise your voice.” Ahsaas Channa too took to the comment section and advised her to file a criticism. She wrote, “You must reveal the name. Go to the police. We’re with you. Gosh!!!!”
Many Preet Singh fans also advised name-dropping the ‘influencer’ and filing a police criticism on the earliest. One wrote, “WHAT THE f!!!! Girl i’m so sorry you needed to through this. Please reveal the name, they should suffer for his or her actions.” One other commented, “Reveal the influence name and put a case against her …split.” A 3rd noted, “Expose the girl.
