In a recent interaction with Radio Nasha, Urvashi addressed the thrill around their viral song and the backlash that followed. She said, “I don’t know… sometimes it’s like one thing leads to a different thing, then third thing, fourth thing… it was like that,” implying how the controversy escalated.
Despite the criticism over their collaboration in Daaku Maharaaj, especially the song Dabidi Dibidi, she maintained that her experience was positive. “Working with him was definitely really, really amazing… and should you watch the film, do watch our motion sequences also… that is admittedly kick,” she added. Urvashi called herself “lucky” to have worked with him.
Urvashi On Balakrishna’s Anger
Balakrishna has often gone viral for his interactions with fans. There are clips where he appears to react strongly or throw phones. Addressing this, Urvashi said she had witnessed such moments herself. “Yeah, persistently I’ve seen… and it all the time was once like… it was once fun watching all this,” she remarked. She further added that fans don’t necessarily take offence. “In addition they adore it… also they are pleased… you won’t imagine,” she shared. The actress added a private anecdote, “Last 12 months on Valentine’s Day, Balakrishna garu was the primary one that wished me.”
Offering a special perspective on his personality, Urvashi described Balakrishna as approachable and energetic. “He could be very childlike, and he could be very fun-loving… and clearly he’s a large, massive superstar… super energetic he’s,” she said. She also addressed his perceived ‘indignant’ image, saying, “It’s not like that each time he’s in that zone. He could be very right down to earth and he loves talking to people… especially with kids.”
