There’s a brand new update on the Raja Jackson assault case. In accordance with The Recent York Post, Jackson reached an agreement with prosecutors to shut out the case.
“The 26-year-old pleaded no contest to 1 felony count of battery with serious bodily injury at a preliminary hearing setting after striking the agreement with officials, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office told The California Post.”
“Raja also admitted to 2 special allegations, including personal infliction of great bodily injury and interesting in violent conduct. Raja is slated to be sentenced in late June, and the rep for the District Attorney’s Office told The Post his anticipated sentence is 90 days actual county jail; restitution of $81,703.38; and two years formal probation.”
