Pam Grier isn’t letting her age slow her down. In truth, the 76-year-old is feeling higher than ever.
During her appearance on the “Wiser Than Me with Julia Louis-Dreyfus” podcast, the “Foxy Brown” actress got candid about her days-long orgasms.
And this isn’t the primary time the esteemed actress has spoken publicly about sex. In 2025, she admitted to being “horny as f-ck.”
Grier isn’t one to bite her tongue, and he or she proved that to be true on the May 13 episode of the aforementioned podcast.
“Whenever you’re young, you may have three, 4, five orgasms in an hour,” she said, adding that now that she’s in her 70s, one orgasm lasts “three days.”
Based on Grier, there’s nothing an individual her age must do to succeed in the sort of climax she’s referring to. Nonetheless, she wants people to “be prepared,” adding it could “be three whole days.”
She added, “I believe it’s my age,” before joking that had she had this experience during her younger years, “I might have had a greater life and higher boyfriends.”

Online, social media users have been reacting to Grier’s candid admission about sex, and it’s protected to say that some are interested in the actress’s abilities.
“I can understand a number of aftershocks to last a pair hours. But 3 days?” someone wrote on Instagram, while one other commented, while one other said, “Like aftershocks? Yep. I’m familiar.”
One other user looked as if it would affirm Grier’s experience, saying, “Because of this older women are with younger men.”
One netizen chimed in, adding, “I wouldn’t give you the chance to go to work if that happened,” while one other said, “Pam please okay — get that checked.”

“I said, ‘If I can just get an hour with this person, a day… it could be cool. I’m lucky to have it, because a few of my friends never, ever had it. But they married, that they had children, because society said so,” she added.
Grier Recalls Painful Experiences From Her Childhood In The Midwest

In January 2026, Grier appeared on “The View” and spoke about her dangerous upbringing as a military kid in Columbus, Ohio.
“The military wouldn’t allow Black families to survive the bottom, so that you needed to live in an apartment,” she said. “You couldn’t take a bus, couldn’t afford a automobile, your dads walked to the bottom. Sometimes, we’d go from tree shade to shade to get back to the apartment — my brother and I and my mom — with bags.”
Grier said that her mother would oftentimes try to shield her and her sibling from harm, revealing she once saw an individual “hanging from a tree.”
“They’ve a memorial for it now, where you may see where people were and left,” she said. “It triggers me today, to see that a voice will be silenced. And if a white family supported a Black [family], they’re going to get burned down, killed, or lynched as well.”
