NBCUniversal Launch, the corporate’s umbrella brand that houses the excellent inclusion efforts across NBCUniversal’s entertainment television portfolio, is unveiling its annual Unscripted Pitch Accelerator program.
This system is designed to find the following generation of unscripted storytellers for NBC, Bravo and Peacock. The initiative offers independent creators and producers the chance to pitch original concepts on to NBCUniversal television executives. Applicants don’t need representation.

As a part of the initiative, creators are encouraged to submit pitches spanning various genres and formats, including shiny-floor/in-studio formats, competition formats, social experiments, dating/relationship formats, character-led docu-soaps, premium true-crime series and documentary series.
Five standout pitches will likely be awarded a development deal together with dedicated development support for creators to ready their concepts for greenlight consideration for NBC, Bravo, or Peacock. All projects are being developed by Universal Television Alternative Studio, a division of Universal Studio Group.
The initiative goals to expand the pool to search out the very best ideas, inviting creators in any respect stages to bring forward daring, original ideas. Submissions for the NBCU Launch Unscripted Pitch Accelerator will likely be accepted May 18-June 14 via the NBCU Launch website.
