Jack Osbourne is firing back at criticism over his weight.
“I cannot imagine I’m having to really make this f***ing video. If I see another article written about me saying how I’m ‘sick,’ I’m ‘grossly underweight’, [that I’m] ‘health crisis Jack’ … It’s f***ing insane,” the previous Osbournes star, 40, said in an impassioned Instagram video posted on Tuesday, May 19.
“I actually have lost no weight since I got out of the jungle doing I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! six months ago,” he said, referring to the U.K. reality show, which aired from November to December 2025. “I’ve been the identical f***ing weight. The one difference is I shaved my beard and opted for a creepy mustache. That’s the one f***ing difference.”
Jack went on to share how he’s made a conscious effort to drop pounds over the past 4 years, sharing that he repeatedly does Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
He said, “I’ve been slowly but consistently reducing weight for the last three and a half years. I shot as much as about 220 kilos about three and a half years ago and decided that I desired to make some changes, so I did.”
“What’s the massive f***ing deal? I’m 5 foot 8 and a half and 155 kilos. It’s perfectly healthy,” he added.
Jack concluded his video by criticizing the scrutiny he’s received regarding his weight over time.
“The undeniable fact that I even should say this blows my mind,” he said. “My entire life I used to be just brutalized by the press about being chubby, and the undeniable fact that I get all the way down to a healthy weight, now I’m criticized much more? Get f***ed.”
A lot of Jack’s celebrity friends showed their support within the comments section of his post.
“Love you Jack. You tell em!!!” wrote Kelly Rizzo. AEW wrestler Chris Jericho added, “Don’t hearken to the haters dude. You look great.”
In March, Jack and wife Aree Gearhart welcomed their second child together. They named their daughter in honor of Jack’s late father, Ozzy Osbourne, who died at age 76 in July 2025.
“Introducing Ozzy Matilda Osbourne,” the couple shared via a joint Instagram post.
In December 2025, Jack told The Sun newspaper that he and Aree were in a position to share the news of her pregnancy with Ozzy before his death last summer.
He said, “It’s very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness. It’s been easy for me — I believe it’s been loads harder for my wife!”
Jack and Aree, 35, also share daughter Maple, 3. The truth star has three older children along with his ex-wife Lisa Stelly: Pearl, 14, Andy, 10, and Minnie, 8.
