Lavina Tandon Opens Up On Delayed Payments In Industry
Speaking about her experience with payment delays, Lavina Tandon admitted that she has only faced such issues with two productions up to now. She shared, “Mujhe payment ka problem sirf do hi production ke saath hua hai aaj tak. Aur dono production mein production team same thi. Banners alag the, but production team unki same thi. Uske alawa mujhe kabhi paiso ki koi problem nahi hui hai. Everybody has given me money on time, with every thing, with overtime and all of that. I don’t need to name the production houses, but maine unke halk se paisa nikala (laughs).”
The actress further explained that despite the situation, she selected to handle the matter in a peaceful and skilled way as a substitute of making conflict publicly. Lavina said, “No, no, I’m just kidding. I do know I spoke to them very professionally aur maine unko bola ki listen, I be just right for you all, you all give me work. Ab aap loss mein ho ya profit mein, that’s completely on you all. Jab aapka profit hota hai, aap aise toh nahi ki mujhe extra paise de rahe ho, toh loss pe aap mera paisa kyun kaat rahe ho? That’s fair.”
She also revealed that the producers eventually cleared her dues, although the method took time. Recalling the incident, Lavina added, “So that they said, ‘Okay, give us a while, we will provide you with money.’ So that they took six months, sweet six months, but they gave me my money.”
