Following his recent arrest, a critical update regarding WWE star Ludwig Kaiser (real name – Marcel Barthel) has surfaced. On May 20, Florida law enforcement arrested Kaiser. A battery charge was filed against him after an April 23 incident where he allegedly assaulted one other man, Richard Reap.
Because traveling is crucial for Barthel’s wrestling profession, a motion was submitted Thursday morning to guard his work schedule. The WWE star will now have the option to keep up his travel schedule for skilled wrestling commitments. The state doesn’t oppose this request, in response to official court documents.
“For the reason that initial filing of the Motion to Travel, undersigned counsel communicated with Assistant State Attorney Shaylynne Kotch, who indicated no objection to this motion. WHEREFORE, for the foregoing reasons, the Defendant respectfully requests this Honorable Court to enter an Order allowing him to travel out of the State of Florida and internationally.”
