The incident took place while Ram Charan was signing a cricket bat for a young fan. As more fans attempted to force their way onto the stage, the situation became difficult to regulate, and videos from the venue have since gone viral on social media.

In one among the videos, female fans may be seen attempting to get onto the stage while a bouncer pushes them away. The visuals appear to indicate the ladies being handled in an inappropriate manner throughout the commotion.

Fans had also tried to honour Ram Charan with a garland, however the situation worsened throughout the rush. Ram Charan reportedly suffered an injury when a fan tried to carry him. The fan grabbed the identical hand that had already been injured throughout the shoot of Peddi.
