Tia Mowry is giving fans a glimpse into her love life.
The Sister, Sister alum, 47, took to Instagram on Wednesday, May 27, to share photos from her recent vacation on the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. While the carousel mostly contained snaps of Mowry in swimwear and casual clothing while spending time on the beach, she snuck in a selfie together with her mystery man. The photo showed Mowry’s boyfriend smiling on the camera because the actress laughed while looking away.
Meanwhile, a video showed Mowry and another person — presumably her boyfriend — toasting with coffee and other beverages throughout the trip.
In one other photo, Mowry’s boyfriend showed off his drawing skills as he sketched a portrait of the Family Reunion alum.
“Somewhat sunshine, somewhat peace, and a much needed reset. Had the most effective time staying at @nobuloscabos 🤍,” she captioned the post.
Mowry’s recent romance comes greater than three years after she announced her separation from ex-husband Cory Hardrict after 14 years of marriage.
“I actually have at all times been honest with my fans, and today isn’t any different. I desired to share that Cory and I actually have decided to go our separate ways,” Mowry captioned an Instagram post in October 2022. “These decisions are never easy, and never without sadness.”
Mowry continued, “We’ll maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I’m grateful for all of the completely happy times we had together and need to thank my friends, family and fans on your love and support as we start this recent chapter moving forward in our lives.”
Mowry and Hardrict, 46, share son Cree, 11, and daughter Cairo, 8.
Mowry filed for divorce later that month. The split was finalized in April 2023.
Two years later, Hardrict shared a rare update on his coparenting dynamic with Mowry.
“If you happen to really love your kids, you won’t become involved within the noise or the mess,” he said during an appearance on Sherri. “I ensure I at all times take into consideration them first. I put myself last. So, in case you do this, you’re gonna avoid the mess, right? It’s not mess with reference to the situation, it’s just what people create, like narratives. Because nobody knows nothing.”
The All-American: Homecoming actor continued, “All the pieces starts and ends with love. We’re a family. Irrespective of what people say. I block out the noise. My kids [are] gonna live to see all this in the future, and it’s just form of like, I gotta ensure I’m representing for them.”
Mowry later shared some advice for surviving divorce during an Instagram Q&A in June 2025.
“Dive into doing the work,” she said on the time. “Really, truly give attention to self-care. Concentrate on what makes you completely happy and what brings you joy. Construct a tribe, a community of friends, a support system. Meditate. Try recent hobbies. Read books on healing. Spend time along with your kids if you might have them, or simply surround yourself with individuals who genuinely love and support you.”
Mowry continued, “Do things that feel fun and fulfilling. Travel, in case you can. Traveling really helped me. It’s all about creating recent experiences. The more experiences you might have, the further away you get from that heavy, gut-wrenching feeling of divorce.”
