Off Campus’ Antonio Cipriano on Logan’s Book to Show Changes

Antonio Cipriano addressed how Off Campus adapted — and adjusted details from Logan’s story within the book series — before his season of the show was delayed.

“What’s so great concerning the show and the variation is that each one the writers had a lot freedom so as to add so far more to those characters. The books are so POV driven between whoever is of their love story and there was so far more to play with,” Cipriano exclusively told Us Weekly in May concerning the vision for the shakeups. “You’re rooting for all of those characters.”

Cipriano expressed excitement at attending to expand on his character.

“You get to know Logan as a brother, as a teammate and as a best friend before he finds that love,” he noted. “You get to follow him on this arc of finding himself and people days. I used to be really grateful to have that chance. Now we’ve met Grace so I’m excited for him to get to fulfill her within the show.”

Based on the book of the identical name by Elle Kennedy, the show, which premiered in May, follows an elite ice hockey team and the ladies of their lives. Hannah (Ella Shiny) and Garrett’s (Belmont Cameli) love story took center stage in season 1 — with several key moments from their book, The Deal, swapped for an updated version.

At the identical time, the show arrange Allie (Mika Abdalla) and Dean (Stephen Kalyn) as the subsequent possible leads despite them being featured within the third installment of the series. Prime Video recently confirmed that they might be moved up while Logan, meanwhile, is predicted to be the main target of a 3rd season alongside love interest Grace (India Fowler).

Cipriano acknowledged to Us that among the changes on Off Campus could fire up strong reactions. More specifically, he weighed in on Hannah kissing one among Garrett’s teammates in front of him — with Kennedy’s version presenting it as Dean while the series opted for Logan.

But truthfully, for the story that we’re attempting to tell and where Logan has that form of spark with Hannah, it’s only going to feed the story a bit bit more for his attraction toward her,” Cipriano teased on the time. “How that moment meant nothing to Hannah but every little thing to Logan.”
