Big Bill’s time in AEW appears to be coming to an end, with a return to WWE now expected.
In line with a report from Fightful Select, Big Bill’s AEW contract is about to run out inside the following week. The report also states that the veteran has officially given his notice to All Elite Wrestling, signaling the tip of his run with the promotion.
The previous AEW star is reportedly poised to move back to WWE, where he previously competed under the name Big Cass. WWE also intends to bring back Enzo Amore, although he had not officially signed a contract as of mid-June.
The plan, in response to the report, has been for WWE to attend until Big Bill was completely free from his AEW obligations before finalizing deals for each performers.
Sources indicated that the reunion has been within the works for quite a while, with additional details expected to emerge in the approaching days.
