Keyshawn Davis’ manager says Haney controls the subsequent move but believes his camp is prepared for whichever fight comes first

Devin Haney made it clear this week that he desires to fight each Keyshawn Davis and Gervonta “Tank” Davis. Now, Keyshawn’s manager, J. Prince, has J. Prince says Devin Haney holds the cards after publicly naming each Keyshawn Davis and Gervonta “Tank” Davis as future opponents. “I feel like we’re in an important position,” Prince told FightHype. “That query may need to be asked to the Haney. I got two double barrel shotgun, you recognize what I mean? On each ends, and I got them blocked in. So, they got to see me by some means.”

While Prince didn’t elaborate on what he meant by the “two double barrel shotgun” remark, he made it clear the choice rests with Haney slightly than his side.

Haney publicly stated on Wednesday that he desires to face each Keyshawn and Tank, saying, “Each of them.” His comments got here because the lightweight division continues to sort through several high-profile options involving multiple champions and contenders.

Prince said he has no issue with whichever path Haney ultimately takes and expressed confidence that the proper fights will come together in time.

“I’m looking forward to coping with all of them in the long run,” Prince said. “Devin has an important manager in his father. Bill is my homie. Whatever decision they make needs to be respected.”

Prince’s remarks also got here after the conversation shifted to Shakur Stevenson, one other fighter he manages, although he declined to deal with the varied narratives surrounding Haney and Stevenson.

“I mean, it ain’t really much to make clear,” Prince said. “This can be a game where a variety of stuff is talked, so you may expect a variety of that to be thrown and said. It don’t really affect us because we understand what we’re coping with.”

Prince appears content to attend for now. Reasonably than lobbying Haney to decide on one opponent over one other, he projected confidence that whichever road Haney takes, his camp expects to be involved when the largest fights at lightweight are made.
