Former UFC heavyweight champion Tim Sylvia is back in fighting shape after completing an epic body transformation.
The 6ft 8in retired fighter tipped the scales at 265lbs in the course of the peak of his MMA profession within the UFC.

Tim Sylvia has been documenting his weight reduction journey on social media for the past two years.
The 50-year-old recently hit an enormous milestone that caught the eye of MMA fans online.
Sylvia’s lost weight now equals what Demetrious Johnson weighed during his Hall of Fame UFC profession.
“Slowly getting there,” Sylvia captioned a shirtless Instagram picture on Wednesday.
“20lbs to go and I will likely be 265lbs.
“Over 125lbs down.”

The previous UFC lightweight champion showed his support by commenting a bunch of clapping emojis.
