The 17-year-old boy sustained critical injuries after falling head-first at around 5am this morning from the primary floor of the property within the suburb of Halandri, north of the Greek capital.
He was taken to Erythros Stavros (Red Cross) Hospital, where doctors confirmed his condition was unrecoverable, ekathimerini reported.
Hellenic Police at the moment are investigating the circumstances across the tragedy.
Officers have arrested a 37-year-old kiosk employee for selling the teenager alcohol after he presented a fake driver’s licence.
