Conor McGregor is ‘abstaining from physical touch’ before UFC comeback fight

Conor McGregor has declared that he’s taking a break from sex within the lead-up to his octagon return this weekend.

The legendary two-weight world champion last competed in the summertime of 2021, almost half a decade ago. He has been in camp because the start of the 12 months to prepare for his first fight since suffering a gruesome broken leg against Dustin Poirier, and has made some major changes.

His coach John Kavanagh claims that he has been sleeping within the gym to arrange for UFC 329, where he’ll tackle Max Holloway in a rematch of their 2013 clash. And it seems he is perhaps needing to do this to maintain himself from intimacy, based on his latest strange outburst.

For Conor McGregor, he has never been shy of flaunting his private life. He commonly posts videos and pictures along with his wife Dee Devlin who’s the mother of his 4 children, and the pair have at times courted controversy.

And speaking on the UFC 329 media day, McGregor made the declaration seemingly apropos of nothing that he’s giving up sex within the lead-up to this fight. “The fireplace is in my belly roaring and is about to be released on Saturday night.

“I’ve practiced abstaining also, on this camp – and it’s the primary time I’ve ever done it – from any sort of physical touch, if you happen to will. And that’s been intense so I’m excited to see what it brings Saturday night! We’re going to have an excellent night Saturday, all across the board.”
