On Saturday, July 11, Brandy shared photos of herself together with a lengthy message on Instagram. She appeared to handle the web conversation surrounding her appearance after photos from her hometown honor and key tot the town ceremony sparked discussion. The singer told fans that “life was never meant to be untouched” and that “every season leaves its signature upon us.” She also encouraged those that continuously criticize to steer with more kindness, reminding them that words carry weight.
